Just logged into the desktop again and all of the notes and journal entries are visible again. Thanks!

I don't know what happened. I have 48 entries in my trash and can't get them restored. I have no idea why they are in the trash.

Is this what you see? See attached I am having that problem as well.

I am unable to get the toolbar to show up at the bottom of the page.

This just happened to me as well. All of my annotations and notes are gone. However, they are still accessible via the Gospel Library app on my iPhone. Thank goodness! I downloaded them just in case I lose them the next time the app updates.

It's probably best for people with problems to use the "Feedback" link found at the bottom of most pages on lds.org and advise them of your problems.

I , too, have experienced some problems in the last few months (but not having my notes completely disappear). All I know is that some of the Feedback people have told me the church development team has been working on this area. I don't know any specifics other than that.

I export my notes every once in a while because of this exact problem - so sad the service is not a reliable one right now.

Maybe it has to do with the quantity of notes. I have one notebook with only 4 entries and it exports just fine. I tried another one with several hundred entries and it hangs.
