Notes, journal, Duty to God issues resolved

I talked with the project manager responsible for these this morning about the issues that have been going on. The team deployed an application update yesterday that resolved the issues that have been occurring recently. Saved content should be visible again, Duty to God progress notes should be back -- in general, things should be working again.
If you are still seeing issues, you are welcome to post a response to this thread. Be aware that you aren't likely to get a personal response, but I will monitor the thread and work with him to keep looking for widespread issues that need to be addressed.
