New Experience Highlighting Causes Page to Not Render

I haven't figured out a reproducible scenario for this, but I've done it more than once this morning in an attempt to see if I can come up with a reproducible scenario (which is much easier for the developers to fix).

Basically, I've done things with highlighting passages of text that cause the page to no longer render...it's just blank instead of showing John 1. The only way I've found around this is by switching to the Old Experience and deleting my highlight. Then I could switch back to the New Experience and see the content again.

The problem seems to have something to do with either changing the stye of my highlight and/or extending the selection, particularly if I'm extending it from the top, not the bottom. Somehow my change makes the page go blank. I did this several times playing around, but I can't figure out a reproducible scenario, nor can I do it all the time.

I seem to remember some other people mentioning that some specific pages didn't render (as opposed to everything). I wonder if this could be related.

My experience has been that when I attempt to highlight the page nothing happens the past few days. I've also had troubles logging in to start marking with the new experience page.

This happened again today. I highlighted some text and took a note. Then I realized some word weren't highlighted, so I extended the highlight. Then the page wouldn't render in the New Experience. What was unusual this time was that when I switched to the Old Experience, the highlight didn't appear at all. Instead, I had to open up Notes and delete it there in order for the New Experience to work again.

This is still a problem. It occurred again while trying to extend a highlight. I'm finding many times that when I select content to highlight, that the highlight that is created starts a few words after I created the highlight. I'm glad I have my notes here to go back and see when this happened before, and this looks like some consistency: Extending a highlight from the beginning of a selection caused the problem.

Now that the new experience toggle is missing the only real option is go to go Notes and delete my note. After that, I refreshed the page and the content (in this case, Luke 11), reappeared.
