New Branch Website under stake does not have full admin menus

End of last year I setup the branch president in our stake as the ward admin. I began to give him the rundown of the administration and discovered that his branch is missing the common menu items (calendar, resources etc).

So it seems his branch is missing the required admin menus to maintain the calendar and resources.

I tried sending a couple of emails via addresses on the support page but have not received any reply or assistance.

Can someone here get me pointed in the right direction to get this resolved.

I assume that you are the Stake Technical Specialist. If not, you should be working through him. The STS should contact the Global Support Desk and advise them of the problem - (866) 678-2763. If items are missing from the original installation of the branch site, then only CHQ can help you.
