Can't process donations

We got a new computer and have been unable to process donations the last two weeks. We've gone through the restore function with our Stake Clerk and it ha not resolved the situation. I've attached a copy of the dialog box that we get - - it tells us we need a file from HQ before we can achieve functionality.

You need to do a send/receive.

Specifically, you need to do a send/receive to send a request to CHQ, and then some time later, do another send/receive to get the file.

Most likely the first has been done, but you still need to do the second.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "" to the search criteria.

After you do the second send/receive, if the file does not come down, call the Global Services Department and let them help. Sometimes the file does not trigger correctly and the GSD needs to give it a little push for you. The send/receive after that should work to obtain the file..
