Combining YW Classes

Our YW have been combined, due to the few number of YW in the ward. New class presidency spans both groups. Technically, how do I combine the two groups into one in the system?

Our YW have been combined, due to the few number of YW in the ward. New class presidency spans both groups. Technically, how do I combine the two groups into one in the system?

Go to LCR > Organizations > Young Women. Click the 'Organize Young Women Classes' button in the 'Callings' tab. Click the edit icon (pencil) to the right of the first young women class name. Select the option titled "Combine with Young Women [other age group number, such as 12-14]". When combining age groups you will have to give the new class a name. Using the naming convention prescribed, the fully combined class should be named Young Women 12-18. Now the class presidency can be entered and the class adult leaders can be entered.
