only 4 families from branch records show up in the online directory.

We have many families in our branch, but only 4 families are showing in the online branch directory. How do we get the online version and paper version to match?

In some countries the default is for members to not show in the directory, unless they opt-in. You will need to get them to sign in and set their household privacy so that others can see them.

In those situations, the directory works that way in order to comply with strict local laws on privacy.
