I have recently been called as the finance clerk in my ward. My other current calling is Stake Auditor. Our admin entered my new calling in MLS but it keeps changing the Finance Clerk back to the previous person who had the calling. Does MLS have a control in place that prevents a Stake Auditor from also being a Finance Clerk?

I've never heard of such a thing. And silently reverting the calling would be a really bad way of enforcing such a policy. I'd assume that there is some other problem.

I'd try making the change, doing a send and receive, waiting 10 minutes or so and then check to see if the calling shows up in CDOL. If not, then there is some problem with you MLS sending changes to CDOL. If so, then wait and see if it reverts. If it does check CDOL again and see if it has changed there too. If it is then JonesRK may be able to figure why.

I'd suggest deleting the calling and waiting for CDOL to acknowledge that, then add you in.

I see a change that came up from MLS to add your old Finance Clerk as the Ward Clerk, but I don't see any other changes (around clerks).
