Member can't access her missionary application

A sister that recently moved from my ward to a different ward in my stake says she has been unable to access her missionary application online since her records moved out of our ward. I'm not sure if she just needs to be reassigned as a prospective missionary by her new bishop or if moving her records would have wiped out her application completely.

If anybody has any experience with this and/or advice on how I should tell her to proceed I'd appreciate your insight.

If she will complete her application as a member of the new ward, the Missionary Department can transfer the application to that ward for her to continue working on it. It is best if a clerk makes the phone call and has the pertinent information available (name, former ward, new ward, etc.).
