It's an improvement over what was, but in my opinion, it's not "there". There's no troubleshooting flow chart or knowledge base. Maybe in time the Wiki will fill that need.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I agree that there could and should be more information. However, there most definitely is a knowledge base of troubleshooting articles on clerk.lds.org. It's not complete by any means, but I can't understand how anyone who has visited that site could say there is nothing there.

There is also the ldsclerks wiki, which has a lot of good information, and anyone can register and add to that right now if they know of anything that is missing.

A wiki will only fill the need if people actually make the effort to contribute, or at least point out specific things that are missing.
