I have some questions regarding clerk's computer backups.
Handbook 1, 13.3.3 instructs the STS to regularly backup data files and store them away from the building.
How often is regular?
Which files are to be backup?
Where the files (stored away from the building) should be stored?
Are there any provisions allowed so an STS does not have to travel to each building to secure a backup (automated remote backup)?

There was a fairly lengthy discussion of most of these issues last year at Offsite Storage of MLS Backups. Some of that discussion is out of date, since HT/VT data is no longer stored only locally (except for the MLS backup uploaded to CHQ monthly), but most of it is still relevant.
