When I try to access that link, I get

"The content on this page is restricted to certain roles. LDS Account sign-in is required."

I'm the ward clerk and am already signed in. The page shows my name above the "Help Center" left navigation so it knows I'm signed in. And the "account and ward" link in the upper right also shows my name.

Is there an alternative source for how to print address labels for the entire ward?

You can try the Wiki Mailing Labels
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

I am having similar poblems. The mailing labels options are all greyed out under File in MLS. We are not sure how to activate these options. None of the leadership can view them. Thoughts?

The wiki has general instructions, but nothing to activate the option.

You have to be viewing a screen that supports printing mailing labels. For example, if you select Reports/Forms > Directory of Members then the Mailing Labels menu option will be enabled and will let you select members and print mailing labels for them. It also works in many other places. The wiki article has a complete list.

From https://tech.lds.org/wiki/Mailing_labels, it says:

Label requirements: Labels printed from MLS require label stock that has three labels across and ten down (30 to a page).

That's typically the Avery 5160 or 8160.

The link of https://www.lds.org/help/support/print-mailing-labels

has been taken down. I am unable to find information on printing address labels for our Stake President. Please advise.

Curtiss Wilson, Stake Membership Clerk.
