I have read on this site recently where budgets and fast offering donations were exported into a spreadsheet. Is this possible? If so please help me understand how to accomplish this including previous years budgets. Ultimately I would like to include data that would show budgets by auxillary and the percentage of budgets used year over year.

Exporting financial data from MLS is not possible. The only data for export from MLS is described in the LDSTech Wiki article "Export (MLS)". If you review the threads and posts that discuss using budget data or even fast offering donations data again you will see that the method of obtaining that data was not from a data export from MLS but from manually transferring the data.
