How can I get a computer user account (this case a Unit) to be able to run MLS?
New computer
admin account can run MLS
unit account can not run it. It says insufficient privileges to run MLS.
Both are administrator accounts.

All MLS users should have Windows Administrator rights. This is probably because during a Send/Receive, MLS will download patches to itself and it needs admin rights to install them. You can see this in the instructions Multiple Accounts.
Another issue is that the ProgramData\LDS Church directory may be created without any user rights to "modify". That will result in MLS having to be launched "as administrator" every time it's run. Adding rights to that directory so that the Windows user(s) have modify rights to that directory and all sub-directories will fix that.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Most of the time this happens when MLS is installed using the admin account instead of the unit account. As russellhltn pointed out, the problem is most likely a permission issue in the C:\ProgramData\LDS Church folder.
