How to contact a clerk in a ward outside my stake

I moved a record out, but I came to realize I had the option to join the person to another household in her new ward (which needs to be done), and I didn't do that. How can I contact the ward's clerk to let the clerk know?

Look it up in http://cdol.lds.org/
