Payment account information erased for all payees

Payment account information erased for all payees

While attempting to submit expenses for housing, medical bills, etc. I quickly noticed that all of the saved bank account information for payees has been erased. I am part of the Bonstetten Ward (64254)
St Gallen Switzerland Stake (539252). Is there an ongoing migration happening where these will be populated back again? Please advise ASAP as we have rent payments that will be overdue shortly. If there is a better "emergency" line to contact tech support, that would be appreciated too. Thank you, Eric Laird (Finance Clerk).

You'll probably need to call the Global Service Department. See the Contact Us link in the Finance section of the Help Center: ... e?lang=eng

Once you get to the Global Service Department page there is a link in the lower right corner of the Contact Information box with the text 'Click to see full list'. The list has a contact number for support in Switzerland.
