No administrators left to add bishopric as admins

I have an interesting situation in one of our wards. The bishopric changed and the previous bishopric members didn't give the incoming bishopric members admin accounts on MLS before they moved out of the ward.

In this situation, where you don't have an admin around anymore, how to you add new admins?

Contact the stake technology specialist (if that's not you). Every clerk PC in our stake has a "Stake Admin" account in MLS controlled by the STS for odd situations like you're describing.

But only if the Stake STS has already set up that account. Not all STS’s are aware of that option.

But I'll bet it takes two logins to set up new admins. So, unless a ward clerk/assistant clerk with admin rights is around, you've got a problem.

In that case, I'd contact support. I'm sure they have something for these kinds of situations.
