Send/Receive Error 2 Unauthorized

Hi, I'm triying to send/recieve from mls ver. 3.1.2 and I recieve a error message: "Error 2 Unauthorized", has anybody deal with this issue?,

Contact your area office and ask for a Security Reset. You will have to do this before you will be able to do a successful Send/Receive, and you may have to wait until Monday.

In the meantime, you can still do your deposit this Sunday. You just won't be able to transmit it.

We are receiving this same error using a broadband connection. Where do I find contact information for our area office?

Since you are located in the United States, you simply call the usual Local Unit Support number at Church Headquarters (the previous post mentioned the area office because the person posing the question was in Venezuela).
