Error Receiving Sacrament Meeting Webcast

During COVID19, our stake is webcasting a worship service to the members homes. Last week and this week I have been unable to watch the webcast. I have talked with other members who have been successful in watching the webcast. During the 45 minute webcast I get the following error messages listed below and with the screen capture attached. After the 45 minutes it appears that the webcast ends and video and audio of scriptures from the Bible are shown.

Network error while downloading (NETWORK_ERROR). And then in the text below it says, "Sorry you are unable to connect to the stream at the moment. The following error occured: 1400 - undefined.

I've got a Windows 10 laptop that is also successfully used for BYUI online classes and teleconferencing with AVG antivirus. My internet service provider is Comcast with a cable modem to a Netgear wireless router.

Is it possibly a rights issue where we have not been granted rights to watch? Any other ideas?

The advertised limit of the church webcast is 200 streams. It has recently been updated to allow for 400. And even that requires they throw the switch for "large". That might work for a ward, but 400 homes seems too small for a stake.

You may have just been the unlucky one to connect too late.
