Ideas for audio-only streaming during webcast

The Church's Webcast solution works great for most members of my Stake. However, a few members live in remote rural regions with very limited satellite internet. It's rather impossible for them to steam video but they can do audio.

I'm looking for any and all ideas on delivering audio-only alongside the Church's video webcast.

If your members in remote areas have phone service then they can join a ZOOM video conferencing session via phone.
