This problem happens to me randomly and seems to happen to others randomly as well, but appears to be in synch.... meaning when it happens to me, it is likely happening to everyone else. This has happened this last week to me several times. I use Chrome and IE 10 at this point, it happens to others in our SP on MAC as well.
