I just tried searching for talks by Elder Neal A. Maxwell on conference.lds.or, but it did not bring up any results. Elder Maxwell's name displayed, but no search results. Not sure if this is due to issues on my side, or if it is on lds.org. Just thought I should make someone aware.

Working for me. But that site is very on again and off again.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
