Ward location not synched between webiste

Across the years, it has been really complicated to have all tools in sync with ward locations.
Again now, a ward has a new building for several month. The Bishop, the stake presidency alone cannot get everything sorted out. We understand that the Church facilities management is supposed to do its part as well. But we have found extremely difficult to have them update this information.
If we look in cdol.lds.org, the address is correct.
In calendar.lds.org, we have two locations for the same building: the one NOT maintained by Chuch facilities management, and the one we created which has the right address.
On ward maps, we see the ward at the old location, not the new one. This is an issue not only for stake leaders, but for non-member who try to visit the new location for open doors or other reasons and are looking at the church website for the address.
It does not make sense to have to update this everywhere, without a clear picture who does what where. It's a real headache to get information properly update, and at this level it really does not feel like a house of order.
Is there a way to give full control to locale authorities and stake leaders to update and maintain this across all chuch plateforms ?
Thank you,
