My temple is moving to phase 3 and I got an email saying I could set up an appointment, but when I log in and click on it, I get a 431 error (headers too big). Address is: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/tem ... t?lang=eng

Is this happening for anyone else?

Also, I wanted to submit website feedback, but literally can't because I get a 431 error on that page, too (https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/fee ... &id=&note=).

Working fine for me. If you continue to have trouble, try incognito mode. Church websites have problems with cookie buildup.

431 means you have too many tasty cookies. Follow russellhltn's advice to use incognito mode.

I came here because I was getting the 431 errors too. Switching to incognito mode, now the 431 error is gone, but now I get a new error.

A sad document icon and the text : id.churchofjesuschrist.org refused to connect.

I will keep trying.

My Mac computer will not open appointments for phase 3 temple. It says it has a Error 431. How can I fix that?

You could try signing out, then going directly to the temple ordinance scheduling tool at this URL: tos.churchofjesuschrist.org (it will prompt you to sign in again, and hopefully work).
