Circles - Bishopric Member Lacks Access to YM and/or YW
The members of my bishopric are having issues with all the YM quorums/YW groups showing up in Circles. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix? We can add them as advisors/specialists for the YM, but not sure about YW.

I do not believe so, and I do not think so.twirick wrote:Is this normal? Is there a way to fix?
I believe the bishop, at least, should be showing up in all of these circles, and I think the counselors should show up in their respective AP quorum/YW class circles. But so far, to my knowledge, there is not yet a way to add, delete, or adjust members of circles. I have heard that capability is coming. Who knows when.

You mention "all". The General Handbook 10.3 says:twirick wrote:The members of my bishopric are having issues with all the YM quorums/YW groups showing up in Circles.
Does that line up with what you're seeing? The first counselor in the bishopric has responsibility for the teachers quorum. The second counselor has responsibility for the deacons quorum.
The situation with the YW is less clear as that's optional and by assignment.
