One of the wards in our stake has a mismatch between what is reported in CDOL and what displays in the Meetinghouse Locator on LDS Maps. Fortunately the Meetinghouse Locator has the correct address, so visitors and new members will get the right location. I would have thought that the Church would be pulling from a singular facilities database. But this is apparently not the case. So how do we go about correcting the inaccurate CDOL entry online? Or do we Just need to call the GSC?

You need to call the GSC or submit feedback via CDOL to get it corrected.
We're working on getting the two databases consolidated. Originally CDOL's address was driven by MLS and the FM Group had their own system.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

MLS redirects you to LCR, where the only things that are editable are block and sacrament meeting start times. There is no way for a unit to directly correct any other unit information (location, phone).

Thanks to all for your help. I ended up calling Local Unit Support and they were very helpful in remedying the mismatched location info.
