So this is my second go-round with the ward history as a clerk. Maybe I didn't read all of the instructions last year, or something, but no one told me anything was missing from our submission. I'm reading the instructions this year and seeing that the Officers Sustained form from LAST YEAR needs to be included. I'm pretty sure I just chucked it or whatever. The instructions say the form should be recreated. Is there a way to do this? Or do I just go back and recall who was in which calling and just make a list in the document? I have most of the callings from last year to fill in the information, but I don't know how to generate the form or whatever.
