Protection Training Reports

This article says "A list of members who need to complete the training will be updated regularly in the Leader and Clerk Resources section of ChurchofJesusChrist.org. Local leaders should ensure that members access and complete the training."

I look in LCR and I don't see that report anywhere. What am I missing?

The report was initially there for a few days a little over a week ago but was then removed. It has not be restored yet.
