Perpetual Education Fund (PEF) report 2021-01-11

Once upon a time I received a report via MLS of perpetual education fund information for the stake. Today I was asked by a ward's bishop for a list of recipients in the ward, but I cannot find that information anywhere in LCR. Is it available online anywhere, or should I have the bishop contact PEF via phone and get what is needed there? Is MLS an option to show this dynamically (vs. when a report is sent once in a while) and do wards get those too?
