When we try to do a budget allocation at the beginning of each year and then need to "transfer" the funds from one account to another to help offset some unforeseen expenses, can you continue to make these reallocations throughout the year or is there a cutoff date that budgets need to be set before you can no longer reallocation or transfer between accounts?

For some reason, I thought we weren't able to edit the budget amounts after a certain amount of time and didn't want to be stuck without the ability to edit them.
