I am looking to rent out a unit for missionaries. Who should I contact for that?

I would suggest calling the local mission.

Did you ever find out whom to reach out to? I'm now looking into that option as well.

The local mission office will have somebody assigned over missionary housing, and as suggested that should be your contact point. You could either ask your local missionaries for the mission office contact info, or ask them to share your info with the mission office requesting that they get in touch with you.
