Viewing leaders budget summary

According to the January 1 2020 release notes for LCR, unit leaders are now able to view a summary of their assigned budget. How is that accessed?

The definition of unit leaders here are clerks and bishopric/presidency members, not leaders of the various unit organizations. The definition of assigned budget is the unit budget, not organization budgets. Unit leaders can login to LCR, click the Finance tab, and then click the Budget tab.
