My bishop made a withdraw for some medical FO-help for a member. But the last minute the hospitalization was changed to another date in September. My bishop asked me if it is possible to redeposit the amount or how to handle in this situation. I have no idea.
Looking forward to the right answer.
Is redeposit a bishop withdraw possible?

Re: Is redeposit a bishop withdraw possible?
If this was a check to the provider then just void the check in MLS or LCR.
But I'm assuming this was cash advance instead. In that case you should fill out a deposit slip with a donor of 'Anonymous' or 'Cash Return' or similar (but not the bishop or any other member) with the amount in the Fast Offering category. Deposit the cash with your next donation batch and then take a copy of the donation slip (and possibly the donation batch statement) and keep it as documentation for the original expense.
