Check deposited but not entered into finance program

What happens if when doing a batch a donation is not entered into the finance program but the check that came with it is stamped(endorsed) and put in the bank deposit bag.
There is no record of the member's donation in their church account.

You should contact the global service department and give them the information you have. They will have to make the adjustments to the batch. They may have already flagged the batch for investigation since the deposit amount won't match the finance records. The bank probably flagged it as well since the deposit report didn't show one of the checks.
A clerk can't add new donations to an existing batch or otherwise change the total amount of the batch or any individual donation.
