View New Other Account Balance Following Budget Reallocation in LCR

During the recent financial audit we discovered an expense incorrectly categorized as Other > Authorized Member-Financed Activities when it should have been allocated to Budget > Administration. We have since adjusted the expense and corrected the category in LCR.
Is there a way to view the new Other account balances after making this change? The ward budget balances update immediately upon refreshing the page; but the Other balances under Income and Expense Summary still have not updated hours later.
In the past, I remember being able to generate a new financial statement, but I can no longer find the option to do that.
