MLS supplies it's own instance of Java when you do a full install. Did you do a Clean Installation? Note, some of the folders listed is a bit old. In MLS 3.3, some of the files have moved to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\LDS Church, but the basic idea is there.

The templates are inaccessibly stored in the database. That was the reason to try a reinstall. That is about the only user fix to something that has become corrupt. MLS installs its own version of Java. The system installation of Java does not affect MLS.ktopham wrote:We already performed a reinstall. Where does the template reside? Is it an external file or a java library? What version of java is best?

Oh, that suggests that it would require a clean install and restore from backup. Any restore done at the OS level by copying folders back would simply copy back the corrupt template.

Yeah, you're correct. I incorrectly wrote database when I meant the program itself.RussellHltn wrote:Oh, that suggests that it would require a clean install and restore from backup.
