The new handbook states that the outcome from a membership council can be one of four results, but the only result that is showing up in the LCR when completing the membership council report is "formal membership restrictions." The new form is very straightforward, but the drop down box for Decision of Council only provides the one option. I need to report a different result than formal membership restrictions. Has anyone else been faced with this issue? Have I missed something?

If the decision is less severe than a formal membership restriction, a report of the council is not sent to Headquarters. If you held a ward membership council, that is the only decision that can be made that requires a report.
If you held a stake membership council and need to record a withdrawal of membership, there probably is a bug in the software that needs to be reported to the Global Services Department.
