What records to keep on hand at ward level
I'm having a hard time finding what records are required to be kept in physical copy form at each ward building i.e. membership records, membership record transaction reports, new presidency reports, etc. Also, how long are we supposed to keep each of these different records on hand? They really start to pile up and it seems that some become irrelevant/obsolete. Is there a comprehensive list somewhere that outlines this?

For financial things in the US, I think it's 3 years plus current. So you can discard anything prior to 2017. In some countries it's 5 plus current.
Most of the other is more for historical reference, but even that is limited.
