New updated master table of contents and forms for condition assessment, team assignments and volunteer resources to add to the policy section. The forms are both in open office and in PDF. In open office a quick copy and paste of cells would let a single form be extended for use as an on computer form. It also allows editing to fit your local situation. The condition assessment and volunteer resources forms were borrowed from a CA stake's emergency plan but reentered so the form could be edited rather than just being stuck with a pdf.

Thanks so much for posting this. I am the new chair of the preparedness committee. We are in the process of updating our ward plan so we appreciate having a model to follow.

You may already know, but if not, the Church has a recently-revamped preparedness guide!

Just found another church site with numerous more forms that belong in the ward and stake notebooks and more information. It may be calling limited because it requires log in to enter it initially. As executive secretary there were only 3 links that I was blocked from following in it but I had access to all the rest. This should be on the reading lists for bishops and stake presidencies. There are 3 landscape forms and 1 portrait form out various links that do not print correctly under firefox's generic pdf reader. They print fine if you download them and then run them through full adobe reader.

I can see from all of this that the bishop's notebook and the church building notebook need a section specifically for bishoprics added that don't really belong in the rest. Will discuss if any more notebooks need it. So it looks like a few notebooks will be getting more tabs.

And here is another worth while link to maybe add the information to the notebook. Some places put the cones just in a ladder.

We took the tabs up to 16 0 added to count in some, 1. ward info, 8. changes from signs to other info. 9. forms added, 10 communications added and 16 becomes signs because it needs to be the end of the notebook or it hides tabs.

0. Bishops information only in bishopric and church building notebooks. Done as zero so other tabs didn't need to change in older notebooks.
1. LDS policy
2. Ward info --> this is a change from being ward list. This now includes ward list, HT&VT list, callings by organization and a place for each auxiliary to have a current roll sheet for their notebook.
3. Maps
4.skills list
5. Major
6. local
7. small
8. other info
9. forms
10.communicatons
11-15 currently blank tabs for future expansion.
16 signs.

The master table of contents is updated to match and is attached.
A new divider pages is included. Easiest to print on white paper and then copy to the colored pages.
A new notebook tabs set is included It is 4 pages of tabs making 5 full sets of tabs. A simple search are replace makes filling in new tabs easy if you want to add to the file. Because it does all 16 tabs on single sheet plus 4 from the next it leaves half of the tab pages that come with the dividers for future replacement tabs.

More updates in. Find that the 1 inch notebooks are starting to get full so if you are starting fresh this might be better in a 1 1/2" notebooks.

Here is a link for preparedness
