Does any of your Ward keep track of any key performance indicators such as tithing trends, welfare trends, new convert baptisms, etc. reports? I'm trying to see if there are trend reports on how the Ward is doing as far as key performance indicators. I tried to do a three year trend of how our tithing has been trending but was pretty tedious to do for each month by month and then chart it.

Personally, I would keep to the stats provided on the quarterly report and the Key Indicators graph (as drepouille mentioned).

If the church wanted units to be concerned with overall tithing trends I think they would provide a graph on the unit statement like they do for fast offerings. I don't think that the amount of tithing paid in the unit has any relation to the spiritual well-being of the ward. The number of full tithe payers has more meaning and a 3 year trend table is available in the Tithing Settlement portion of LCR.

The unit statement has a YTD graph of fast offering expenditures and donations. I'm not sure how other welfare trends could be represented numerically.
