I have seen other discussion on this and I know how to print mailing labels. However, my question is - why doesn't the label print the actual household name listed from the member list? It only prints the Head of Household'. This is fine in some cases, but the majority of members will have husband and wife list under the household name yet only the Head of Household prints on the label, When sending out to families, we don't want the label just addressed to the HoH. Is there another option that prints both the husband and wife's name on the label? Obviously for those who are single or part-member family, only one name will print.
We are trying to be sensitive to including both names, especially since what we are sending is out meant for all members in the household.
Does anyone know of an option that prints both names? The member list shows both when selecting which ones to print but when actually printing, only the HoH prints on the label.
Thanks.

Re: Mailing Labels
If you print mailing labels from LCR you can select whether to print the HoH name or the household name. In the Member List, click on the Household tab, then click on Print. The drop down menu will have a link named Mailing Labels at the bottom. Click it and it will show additional options on the drop down menu. Select one of the two options under Household Name and then click Print Mailing Labels. It will display a PDF for the mailing labels with both spouses listed for married couples.
