As a Stake Clerk I have tried to enter a member who has been called as the Stake Executive Secretary as a Standard Calling but it will only allow me to enter it as a custom calling which is causing problems-who do I email to get this sorted out please

Yes in March

It looks like you have added him, but it is waiting for second authorization. A member of the stake presidency needs to approve the calling in LCR.

Yes he was added in March and as we made it a custom calling,because there was no Standard Calling , myself and the 2nd Counsellor for the Stake Presidency took the appropriate Action because there was no standard calling for Stake Executive Secretary. So to sort this out. Someone needs to make in the standard calling box in LCR for a Stake Executive Secretary. rather than as is now just for Stake Assistant Executive Secretary

There is a standard position in LCR for Stake Executive Secretary. Your entry is just waiting for approval for another member of the stake presidency.

If you log into LCR, here is what you will see:

It's not a custom calling (no asterisk next to the position name), but it is waiting for a second approval.
