I had a member of our ward recently report that her account was "locked" and therefore preventing her from resetting her password.
Any ideas?

Give her the the phone number for support.
If she is a church employee, or even certain positions such as seminary teacher, she's required to parodically change her password. If she was released improperly, she might still be required to change it.
If she fails to do so, her account will be locked.
The other issue is too many attempts to access her account. It used to be that Gospel Library would do that if you failed to update the password in that app. It would keep trying using the outdated password.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
