Does anyone know how to reset the Staples password

So I've been ward clerk a month or so, guy before wasn't ever really active in the role and is now less active in the Church, and before him we seem to have had a pretty rapid succession of clerks as we are a smaller ward and callings were shifting a lot for a while with a bishopric change and what not. We now have a photo copier that needs a laser cartridge or some such.

I followed the instructions and it informs me that our password is expired and that a reset link would be sent to the email address on file... erm, no one knows any email address associated with it. I'm assuming this is something that SLC may have access to? The stake level leadership has no clue and no one in my ward recalls ever having ordered anything via staples, let alone having done so with the Church's account.

It does say

" you have any problems with the Staples website, including a forgotten or unknown password, you may contact their customer support team at 1-877-295-0003 in the United States and 1-877-735-2008" however... um, I'm imagining when I call they're going to be like "sure, prove you actually should have this information" and I'm going to be wholly unable to tell them anything about the account and absolutely won't have my name associated with it at all.

Have any of you ever had to deal with this?

Go ahead and call the support number. If the person you talk to doesn't know about the church's account in specific then ask to speak to the support contact for the church's account. If they don't know who that is then you may need to contact the church's Global Service Department and ask them for the contact information for the Church's Staples account. Once you get in contact with that person they should be able to resolve things quickly. They should be able to verify that you're connected to your unit by asking for your Bishop's name and address.

The hard part with the staples number is it's a business hours only number and the Church number for clerks has been busy all weekend so I'm guessing it is business hours only too.
