How should used toner & drum cartridges be disposed of?

The attachments contain helpful directions on recycling or disposing of used toner and drum cartridges. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the Church is not exposed to liability for improper disposal of hazardous waste. Updated instructions are attached as of 2/4/2009
