Way to Reset Lds account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Way to Reset Lds account

I am ward clerk and technology specialist and there is an older member trying to access his lds account. We have tried forgot username and password and we got in and it states the account is for a nonmember. Who do we contact to get this reset or deleted so he can set up a member account.

Ldsaccount.LDS.ORG. add the MRN to make it a member account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I think this member has both a nonmemeber account and a member account. I tried adding mrn to the non member account and it did not work. What do I do now to get him access to his member lds.org account?

Use the "Forgot your user name?" link and use the MRN and Birthdate option.

LDS Account also requires Internet Explorer 10 or 11, or a current version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

I have been a member all my life and go to church every sunday. I made an account on gospel livings app and forgot to add my membership number what should I do

Got to Church Account, log in, enter your membership record number (MRN) in the Profile Membership section, and save your changes. Make sure your MRN is correct by asking your ward clerk for a copy of your individual ordinance summary (IOS). Your IOS will show your MRN without any errors as you may find on a temple recommend.
