Family Search will not accept my user ID or password. When I request the option to change my password, it does not recognize any of the responses to my security question although I KNOW the answers are correct. Any thoughts?

I would begin on the LDS account help page
at this link.
Try the password and username recovery.
After those steps fail, at the bottom of that page is a link under the title:Have a Different Question or Problem?
Go to that page and read through the section on "sign in issues"
