Obtaining a copy of one's Patriarchal Blessing

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Obtaining a copy of one's Patriarchal Blessing

Hello,

How does one go about obtaining a copy of their Patriarchal Blessing?

I believe I've heard before that the church has copies of Patriarchal Blessing's on record but I cannot find anywhere on LDS.org to request or pursue that.

Log into lds.org using an account associated with your membership number (if you can see your ward directory at https://lds.org/directory then your account is probably setup correctly). Select the "My Account" menu in the upper right corner and select Patriarchal Blessing under the My Account column. Then click on My Blessings in the middle of the picture. Finally click on Request Your Blessing and provide as much of the requested information as you can.
