Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. If you have a question or problem not answered, click on the "I didn't find an answer to my question." link at the bottom of the page and then select "Additional Support Options". You will see a form to enter information to allow the official Church Account support personnel to help you.

My MRN is already associated with an account

If you are trying to create a new Church Account or adding an MRN to an existing Church Account, you may get a message that says "Either the MRN and/or birthdate is not valid or the account already exists." If you have verified that your MRN and birth date are correct, the problem is almost always that there is an existing Church Account associated with your membership record number. Only one Church Account can be associated with a membership record number.

If your email address or mobile phone number is associated with your account, you can go to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org ... e=username to attempt to recover your account. If you are a child under age 18, a parent who lives with you can manage your account using their Church Account.

If you cannot recover your account using the email address or mobile phone number, you will need to contact the Global Services Department for assistance. There is a contact form on the Church Account site. To get there, go to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/, click on "Need help signing in?" and then click on "Help." Your ward or branch clerk can also look up information on how to contact the Global Services Department by telephone.

I have more than one account. How do I combine them or delete one of them?

Contact the Global Services Department for assistance with the accounts. There is a contact form on the Church Account site. To get there, go to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/, click on "Need help signing in?" and then click on "Help." Your ward or branch clerk can also look up information on how to contact the Global Services Department by telephone. If the clerk needs information on contacting the GSD, he can go to https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/help/support/record-keeping/membership/contact-information.
