Can't login as member since divorce

I have been trying to get into my account for sometime. It is kathypierce as username. I was kathygentry and got divorced. I went back to my former name and I can log in but my membership number will not let me use. I have contacted my executive secretary in my ward over a year ago and still have not been able to in to use my account.
Can you please assist me in getting my account set up. Thank you.

That sounds like you have two accounts. You can only have your membership number on one account. You'll need to work with your ward clerk to get in contact with the GSC to get your accounts merged.
